QuickCrew is an online booking and communications hub for the New Zealand Film and Television Industries.

It's designed to save time, money and resources by allowing production companies, production managers and hod's to view the availability of people, equipment and facilities online and if they're available, book them using text messages and emails.  Bookings can then be accepted online.

QuickCrew's project workbook allows for the sharing of scripts, casting, art department, locations and other production documents amongst people involved in the production.

There's also an online callsheet that can be worked on simultaneously by production and hod's, it can then be viewed by everyone booked on the production.

It's free to join and there are no monthly or annual fees - you only pay for the days that you book or are booked through our system. For more details on our charges see below.

Charges For Production Companies

• Pencil booking: $2.50/day (to a maximum of $30.00 per crew member per project)
• Firm booking: $1.50/day (to a maximum of $18.00 per crew member per project)
• Cancel a firm booking: $5.00/day (to a maximum of $30.00 per crew member per project)
• Sending an SMS: $0.25 to each crew member

Charges For Crew and Rentals

• Crew accept a firm booking: $4.00/day (to a maximum of $48.00 per project)
• Crew cancel firm booking: $1.50/day (to a maximum of $18.00 per project)
• Crew accept pencil booking: FREE
• Crew cancel pencil booking: FREE
